I have practiced within my backyard, i think i am confident I'm ready to venture out, but where would one venture too, i was thinking Boone woods park or some other park. Though i cant find out where i can go or cant go detecting, other than Kentucky state parks. Any suggestions.of places i can hit up without being confronted by the law. Looking for somewhere close to Burlington. Thanks i love seeing all your pics of what you are all finding.

I also wanted to remind everyone that we are trying to have all club hunt dues paid by the July meeting. Silver is down right now and if you can pay your hunt fees it will allow us to purchase the silver while it is down. The hunt fees if paid by July's meeting are $ 30.00, there will be more discussed about this at the meeting.

I was able to purchase a good bit of Silver today and as of right now we have about a third of what was planted at last years hunt. I think we will be fine if the next few months continue as the first qtr did. Everyone has been very generous on the raffles and getting their membership dues in, thank you for that. Also there are a couple of members that still need to pay dues, mostly due to being out of town and work schedules if you can please pay these at your earliest convenience.

Thanks and hope to see you at the meeting.

Randy
