DIV XXI finds of a lifetime! For me anyway! March 26, 2012 08:51PM |
Besides having a great time hunting with my buddies Scott, Bill, and Jeff for three days,I had one of those hunts where everything went right! When we got to the first hill in the back we were the first four guys there before the masses came later. About the second good signal 45 minutes into the hunt I pop a confederate frame fork buckle and just freaked out! Ten minutes later I find a trash pit of a lifetime and spend pretty much the rest of the first day in it and 28 bottles later you can pretty much say my weekend was complete and I had two more days to go! Well I saw a lot of great relics and on the last day after lunch I went back to where I started out and at the bottom of hill where it looked like an explosion had gone off and right by a dug hole out pops a sunburst NC button. What a three day hunt! Thanks again John and Rose and everyone else who made this possible!
