One of my favorite civil war camps to hunt here at our house is loaded with these cans. I would just like to know what age they are, i don't think they are civil war, but it never hurts to find out for sure on an items age when you just don't know. Thanks!by kydiggin - Relic & Bottle
If anyone has one they would sale, or know where i could find one, Please let us know. Thanksby kydiggin - Buy / Sale / Trade
neighbors farm. they feed roll hay on the farm beside us on the river and the cows make a mud mess. the points seem to "float" up without the damage that plows and disc seem to do to them. found two really nice points last fall at the new farm i bought. we are breaking the ground this year and putting it in beans. hoping for some good things there after a good rain or two!by kydiggin - Relic & Bottle
Long before i was ever able to buy a detector, indian relics were my hobby. My grandfather got me started almost thirty years ago, and since i corrupted my wife and daughter to looking where they walk. Nice places to camp are alby kydiggin - Relic & Bottle

- 4 weeks agoKilled a nice tom turkey Sunday morning, yesterday i bought a $5 lottery ticket ( which i almost never do ) and won $100. Then tonight i was turkey hunting and found one of my smaller bucks made it through the deer season and walked up on one of his antlers. He'll be a good one this fall!by kydiggin - The Good Stuff
still working the farm we took ringfinder to the other day. it's so large we try to pick a field each time and work a different area. So far every field has yielded civil war relics, some more than others but never the less relics. Found an old homesite Saturday in the field we was working and it gave up some really cool relics for me. Found a portion of a US buckle, one bayonet scabbord tipby kydiggin - Relic & Bottle
Just sold my bass boat and now I'm getting ready to order a GPX. Any suggestions, debating between the 4500 and the 5000. We see so many of them both, what's the real difference between the two? Only took the boat out twice last year, we went detecting twice today. Wasn't really a hard choice.by kydiggin - Diggin' In Virginia
