Help choosing a camera!
March 04, 2014 09:58AM
Can anyone give me an idea on a nice inexpensive video camera for metal detecting. Need something durable and water proof. I was looking at the Kodak Playsport ZX5 any advise would be great. Need something that is also good for zooming on small finds. Thanks in advance!

The Kodak is a super camera. Easy to use and a breeze to carry.

I have some videos on Youtube made with the Kodak Zx5 Playsport. Look under my name Scott West. Below is a link to one of them. There are several from various DIV's.

DIV XX pt2

I also picked up a Sony Action Cam. I had it at the last DIV but when the hunting is hard the videos don't get made.
